Once your session has been booked we will send you our location guide so you can choose the best location based on your backdrop and distance preferences.
If you’d like to shoot at a custom location that is over 40 miles from our photographer’s home location, a travel fee will be added to your invoice to accommodate for gas and drive time.

If it’s not possible for a session to take place on our scheduled day due to weather, we’ll contact you within a few hours before your session to suggest an alternate location, or we’ll reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
If we’re not able to reschedule the session due to limited availability in our calendar, you’re more than welcomed to cancel the session and receive a 50% refund.

After booking a session you’ll receive an email with helpful resources to prep for your session, including an interactive style guide you can use to get inspiration, assign colors to other individuals, and directly shop outfits.

Yes, we absolutely offer surprise proposal sessions—and we’d be honored to help you plan such a meaningful moment.
Once your session is booked, we’ll schedule a one-on-one planning call to go over your vision, walk through logistics, and choose the perfect location together. You’ll receive a detailed Proposal Guide filled with helpful tips, location options, and creative ideas to pull off the surprise seamlessly.
Your photographer will arrive early on the day of your session to get everything set up, and we’ll stay in close contact so the timing lines up perfectly. After the proposal, we’ll use the rest of the session to capture just-engaged portraits with the stunning Hawaiian scenery around you.
All proposal packages include a social media video capturing the big moment for immediate sharing, along with custom florals to elevate the experience.
If you want to add an extra touch of adventure, like a picnic setup, horseback riding, or a waterfall location—we offer packages designed to bring your vision to life.
And if you’re nervous about pulling it off without her catching on, don’t worry! We’ve done this many times and will guide you every step of the way.

After your session, you’ll receive an online gallery with approximately 50–100+ photos to view and share with loved ones. Depending on the package you booked, you’ll be able to select a set number of images to download, with the option to purchase additional favorites if you’d like more.

Your photos will be recolored and lightly retouching (skin smoothing and teeth whitening) and delivered to you through our online gallery viewing software within two-weeks of your session.

We’ve created tiers of image bundles you can purchase at an additional rate when you receive your online gallery.

Yes! We can capture professional videos as well. If you want to add a professional video to your session we can chat more about it when after you’ve submitted our contact form.

Yes, if our packages don’t fit your needs and you want something more personalized we can create a custom session for you.

Cancellations
You may cancel your session within 30 days prior to the session date for a 50% refund; We will retain 50% for the processing and handling fee and to compensate for the loss of other jobs.
Rescheduling Fees
If you wish to reschedule the the session, you must notify us within seventy-two (72) hours before your session date by email or phone number and include a few potential dates for us to compare to our calendar. You will also be charged a $99 rescheduling fee to compensate for the loss of time and working with other clients. Rescheduled sessions are only valid after you’ve paid the rescheduling fee.

We are working on providing transportation for our guests to and from session locations.
Until we finally get our #AdventureMobile, we meet our clients at the location the session(s) will take place.

Yes! We love being part of your entire experience. We’re well-versed in frames, albums, and heirlooms.
Once you receive your gallery, you’ll have the option to purchase prints, albums, frames, and other heirlooms directly through our trusted print partners—all from within your gallery.
